Customer Care

In stock items are normally shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order.  Please check the individual item page for exceptions, such as personalized items, which might take longer to process.   We have several distribution centers, so some of your items may ship separately.  Orders will usually be shipped via UPS, with a 2-5 day transit time.  If you need to request faster shipping, please email us with the item number and the shipping zip code and we will be happy to check availability for you.

All shipments Alaska, and Hawaii will have an additional $14.00 freight surcharge added per order and will be shipped via US Postal Service.  We cannot ship ©Levels of Discovery items to AK or HI.  We do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 7.75% will be added ONLY on orders shipping to California.  All other orders will not be taxed.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping charges.  To make a return, please email customerservice at kidstoddlerboutique.com to receive a return authorization number.  Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to you at your expense. Please include the return authorization number with the return.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping of any product. We strongly suggest that you get a tracking number on your return shipment.

Kids Toddler Boutique does not accept returns on items that have been personalized. All sales are final. Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged or misspelled, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment and we will be happy to replace the same item with the same personalization.
